Xiaomi Pad 6 Max has been officially confirmed to launch in China on August 14. Company president Lu Weibing announced the launch date on Weibo. The tablet will arrive in a gray color option next week. The design and some key specifications of the device have also been teased via the Xiaomi China website. The upcoming offering from the Chinese manufacturer will feature a 14-inch display. It will have dual rear camera setup at the back. The tablet has also recently been spotted on the Geekbench website.
Xiaomi President Lu Weibing announced the launch of Xiaomi Pad 6 Max alongside Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and Xiaomi Band 8 Pro in China on August 14. The company has also made the launch page live on its official China website. The design of the tablet and some other details have also been teased online. It has been confirmed to have a 14-inch display and 8 speakers. Additionally, it will have a dual rear camera setup with LED flash. There will also be Xiaomi branding on the back panel of the tablet.
Apart from these, the company has not yet revealed any details about the upcoming Xiaomi Pad 6 Max. However, it has recently appeared on Geekbench with model number 2307BRPDCC. The listing also reveals that the tablet may come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC as it is spotted with a 3.19GHz octa-core processor with the codename Tarot.
Xiaomi’s upcoming tablet is reported to have up to 12GB of RAM and run on Android 13 with MIUI 14 skin on top. On the Geekbench listing, Xiaomi Pad 6 Max has scored 1752 points in single-core test and 4618 points in multi-core test.
Meanwhile, the design of Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 has also been teased ahead of its August 14 launch. The successor to the Mix Fold 2 is shown to feature a Leica-branded quad-camera unit on the rear panel. The handset is offered in black and cream colors with slightly curved corners and a slim design.
