The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series is speculated to launch later this year, building on the company’s debut of its flagship foldable smartphones at the Galaxy Unpacked event earlier this month. According to a market analyst’s claim, the production of the company’s upcoming tablet may begin next month. Notably, a recent report suggested that Samsung may unveil its Galaxy Tab S10 series in October, which will include two models.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series production
In a post on Xpress (formerly Twitter), Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), claims that Samsung will start production of its Tab S10 series in August. Young also confirmed a previous leak suggesting that only two models could launch this year – the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, with Samsung reportedly expected to drop the base tablet model.
In line with October launch rumors, production of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and S10 Ultra is expected to begin in August. The colors for each are gray and silver.

According to the analyst, both tablets may be available in two colors: gray and silver. In addition to the production timeline, Young also said that Samsung could launch the Galaxy Tab S10 series in October, confirming a claim by journalist Max Jambor, who previously suggested that the devices would arrive that month.
No other details related to the tablet’s launch were provided by Young. However, previous leaks have revealed enough information about Samsung’s upcoming tablet.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series specifications (expected)
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra will reportedly have larger AMOLED screens measuring at least 12 inches in size. Benchmark viewing of the Tab S10 Plus suggests that it may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset along with 12GB of RAM. The tablet may run on Android 14 out of the box and will come with model number SM-X828U.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Ultra may be equipped with a 14.6-inch AMOLED screen, just like the existing model. Leaked renders of the tablet were also seen recently, pointing towards an unchanged design. It is speculated that the quad-speaker setup with sound by AKG will be retained, while the S-Pen may still be magnetically attached to the back of the tablet.
